Ramandeep leads Arnya’s fundraising and business-development initiatives across India and global markets. He also drives our investor and product strategy, marketing and PR as part of our growth journey.
With over two decades of experience across financial services and manufacturing, Ramandeep brings deep expertise in asset management, capital markets and distribution. Prior to joining Arnya, he served as Chief Business Officer at Welspun One, where he led the largest fundraise in India’s warehousing-development space.
His leadership roles at Welspun One, Motilal Oswal AMC, 360 One, Religare Global Asset Management and ICICI Prudential AMC have seen him raise and deploy capital across a wide range of asset classes — including listed equities, private equity, real estate, warehousing, structured debt and education infrastructure.
Known for his strategic acumen and strong execution focus, Ramandeep has built lasting investor relationships and designed impactful distribution strategies across India.
He holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance from TAPMI, Manipal and is a CFA Level II candidate.
